Kendra was a blessing to my wife and I. We were first-time homebuyers and Kendra helped us through the whole process. She took the time to meet with us before we even started looking at houses and was very flexible meeting us to show us houses. We both did not feel stress throughout the process with Kendra involved. She setup our inspections, title company meetings, and has been our go-to contact when we need a trusted contractor or repair man even after our purchase. We highly recommend the Hudson team and will certainly use them again if we move! -

Mae Ishmael is wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable and patience. She listens and understands the requirements of my housing needs. Then she sent me the listings met the requirements. She provides a lot of valuable advices when we sent out the offers. She also worked out a temporary accommodation arrangement for my TAMU kids while we were waiting for the condo to be ready for moving in. She delivers what she promises. I can’t be any happier with such a professional realtor. Will definitely ask for Mae for any of my future needs in real estate in College Station. -

Kendra Hudson has successfully represented me in three Real Estate transactions, both as the Buyer’s Agent and the Seller’s Agent. All of which occurred within the past 16 months; each one presenting unique challenges that required an experienced, detail oriented Realtor, who understood that a “one size fits all” approach would not be optimal. This last transaction was the tenth of my cumulative Real Estate journey. Therefore, I like to think I bring “something” to the table. Many times my “ideas” were good ones and well received, but when they weren’t, Kendra provided course correction that didn’t hurt my “I’ve been watching House Hunters for 10 years and I’ve done this before, so I should know a thing or two” feelings! In other words, a true professional. I know many persons who are very intellectual in their Buying, Selling and Investing. I am not one of those persons. Alas, after scrutinizing properties, pouring over Inspection Reports, studying location, and analyzing resale stats, my house journey is still an emotional one. In another life, I had my Real Estate License. Even so, I would never represent myself! And, because I do appreciate “the best,” I will continue to work with Kendra as long as I am in the area. Selling a home quickly at a great price is the bottom line of a realtor-seller relationship and Kendra Hudson and her teammates, Sarah and Mae, did a fabulous job throughout the entire selling process. I began considering whether to sell or continue to rent out our Lakeridge Townhome in College Station – even got comps from a few realtors – a year-and-a-half prior to the decision to sell. Kendra continued to unobtrusively keep her name in front of me. The other realtors faded away. She explained that she’d run comps and she’d let me know when would be a good time to list as it was a tad early. A couple months later she said it was about time. I shared that we weren’t in a rush to sell and we’d rather wait on the best pricing opportunity. The listing went live late on a Wednesday and she received an offer early Friday morning and they closed three weeks later at full asking price. Kendra’s knowledge of the market, connections in the area, dedication to timely communication, and persistence with follow-up are what helped sell the home. I highly recommend Kendra and her team. -
