Kelly James is amazing! With my hectic schedule along with buying and selling a house at the same time, there was no way I could have kept it straight and organized. Kelly walked me thru every step of the buying process, worked very closely with my lender, made sure I was able to fulfill all the deadlines and kept me informed of what needed to be done next. As far as selling my house, well that has been a challenge since I have renters in it, but Kelly consistently drives buyers to show and I’m confident that a perspective buyer will come along soon. Kelly stuck with us through a very long and frustrating listing. She was patient and focused and never wavered from her commitment to help us sell our property. She likely invested more of her time and financial resources than she was compensated for, but never balked at that. She was a professional all the way and had our best interest in mind at every step. Kelly also went out of way to keep us updated on showings and progress to sell the property. I cant recommend her highly enough. She was awesome!
