Kelley Harris is efficient and personable. Kelley was so patient and efficient while working with me long distance on a somewhat complicated sale. She did a fantastic job listing the house and communicating with me readily on each offer that was presented. She was so helpful in connecting me with needed resources that I was not familiar with being very far away. Although I never got to meet Kelley in person, I am highly confident with all her work for me, and even more so because it was completed all long distance. I recommend her as a delightful realtor and person to work with. Thank you, Kelley, for making a complicated sale easier.

Great knowledge, organization, and professional relationships. In the course of 8 years, I have chosen Kelley Harris as my agent for 3 completed property transactions, twice when I was buyer and once when I was seller. Kelley has helped me with my primary home as well as investment/rental houses.Kelley has deep knowledge of Bastrop County neighborhoods, far beyond just current prices and community amenities. Kelley is organized so that she ensures that all the various steps are hitting deadlines, even if its not her direct responsibility, just something she notices might be slipping from a lender/appraiser/inspector/etc. Kelley has long-standing professional relationships that enable her to suggest creative solutions to rare or difficult situations, which might break a deal if it wasnt for her.In short, I highly recommend Kelley Harris whether youre a buyer or seller, first time or experienced! Kelley Harris is a phenomenal realtor, vastly exceeding my expectations from having worked with realtors over a dozen times in recent past on multiple properties and in different states. Kelley’s knowledge of the area was a huge benefit to me, including particularities of local law and custom about which I would otherwise have no idea that I was incorrectly assuming. Kelley’s excellent customer service included working with me remotely, using virtual options for me to see the properties and to eventually settle on one. Kelley expertly handled hiccups originating from outside sources along the way. I count myself extremely fortunate to have chosen Kelley for my realtor. I was connected with Kelley through a program with my bank. Kelley was responsive, helpful, and kind to me and my husband. She advocated for me with my home builder, got answers to questions for me that I’d forget to ask myself, and kept in regular contact through the whole process. This is my second time buying a home. Kelley made the process much smoother this time. She helped me find a home that I didn’t think I’d ever be able to afford. My new home checks all the boxes and is even closer to work.
