My wife and I have purchased or sold over 10 homes using Kelley as our realtor. I have never felt pressured to put an offer in on any house we looked at. She understands the type of property I am looking for. I recognize that she brings something to the table with her exposure to having viewed and been involved in contracts for significantly more properties than I ever will. When I ask for her input I can trust I am getting an honest answer and not something contrived to make the sale. She recognizes her time is an investment in a relationship of trust that will yield a benefit for both parties on the right property.
