Nick is the best !! I was very nervous to get into real estate market without much knowledge. Nick helped me with the knowledge of numbers in real estate market and the entire process step by step. Nick answered all my questions with a very quick response. With the confidence of working with Nick I got my first rental property!! Nick is always on top of the game with latest deals and very quick response. He will help from deciding on the deal, offer, closing and beyond. Brent Dalley and his team were amazing in all aspects of selling our house. They are very professional and worked diligently to get our house sold. We listed it on a Friday and we had multiple offers to review and choose from by Sunday. They were always readily available to answer any questions and helped us choose the right offer and immediately established back-up offers. The entire process was so easy and stress-free! All of the offers that came in were well over asking price. The FIRE Group really knows the business (marketing, staging your house, etc.) and they work hard to get tons of showings of your house and work tirelessly for the seller to get the best offer. I highly recommend using this group for any real estate need.

I should have already contacted them to sell my home faster at my expectation. I have an investment property in TX; I have hired 3 realtors before the Fire Group. None of them can satisfy my expectation about the home offer and all of them keeps telling me I should accept the low offer or otherwise I will get nothing. After searching around the website, I found the Fire Group and see if this is the last hope. They made it. If you are looking for selling home faster and at your expectation, find them and they will surprise you. After they list on the market, about 5 days later it is an offer with great terms coming in and open escrow right away.
