I am a Realtor here and absolutely love it. I was back and forth between KW and EXP, but ultimately decided to go with KW for their education. I definitely made the right choice. The environment here is so refreshing. I am surrounded by so many knowledgeable, friendly, genuine people every day. The education cannot be compared. They really support their agents and truly want to help them become the best version of themselves. They also have a different level of standards they expect from their agents. When you are working with KW or for KW you are working with the best.

Great experience!! We used Ross Smith to help us lease our home after my husband got a job out of state. My husband had already moved so I was in charge of finding renters. Ross was very knowledgable and he provided me with great advice and feedback, and we are SO happy with the renters he found us. The process was easy and quick, and Ross was always available whenever we had a question or needed something. Will definitely use him again if we need to find new tenants or if we return to Houston! :)

Chase was an exceptional agent for us because of his knowledge of the market, his congenial personality, and his willingness to go the extra mile. He worked overtime to get us the house we wanted, and he is a proactive communicator who understood our needs and made sure we had all our questions answered. He has contacts and great connections that helped us through lending, insurance, and inspections. It could not have gone any smoother. 5 stars!!! He helped us buy our first home and it’s a dream!

Chase HARVILL is an exceptional agent - goes above & beyond what is expected from an agent. Give him a 4 star but would have given him a 10 if system went that high. Chase gets to know the individual client and what they want & is there 24/7 if you have any questions. Have recommended Chase to others who may be selling their home in the near future.
