We used Keller-Williams (LaNell Shaw) twice within a year to purchase two properties on Lake Livingston. Both purchases turned out to be more complicated than we anticipated, but LaNell was on top of all the issues all the time! She was extremely responsive, very approachable, and totally dedicated. She always made us feel like we were her top priority in spite of all the other clients I’m sure she had at the same time. Her knowledge of the area and the business itself is very impressive, and her energy and enthusiasm limitless. Both transactions went thru to completion smoothly thanks to her working out the details and guiding us along. In all the real estate dealings we’ve been involved with, in three different states, she is responsible for making these last two actually enjoyable. We felt she recognized our needs as buyers and represented us fairly to the seller. I can’t praise her efforts and actions nearly enough, but can give our highest recommendation to her and her office.
