Raymond is the BEST! We consider him our lifelong Real Estate Agent (turned trusted friend)! Raymond has represented us in 2 purchases and 1 sale throughout the years. He helped us net the maximum amount of equity we could squeeze out of our home just as Covid hit. We were thrilled that we got full asking price, which we were hoping for but didnt expect. When I went to find comps to fight my property values this year, Raymond was very quick to respond, and with the comps he provided me, I was able to reduce my house value by $23,000, thus saving myself a few hundred dollars in taxes for 2019.
