I have been with Keller Williams, and specifically the KW Northwest Market Center, for 11 years. After getting my license, I considered other brokerages but after meeting a few agents and witnessing the culture, the care, and the personal growth that is valued here, I joined and havent ever considered going anywhere else, despite multiple recruitment calls. The agents here pour into the people around them and are constantly looking for ways to help others grow and learn through the crazy real estate markets, and so be the best for our clients.

It was my first time working with a realtor and Sue Platt made it a great experience. I was doing most of the communication from half a country away and not only was she prompt in her responses, but she really took the time to make sure I understood what every step of the process would look like. Even though I was just find a rental, she has really cemented herself in my address book as who I want to work with when it comes time to buy a home.

Simply put, Ruthie Shelton is THE BOMB! We couldnt be happier with our interaction from start to fish and beyond with Ruthie! Since day one, when we were going to open houses to see what we liked, she was honest and personable. There were many realtors we interacted with, but there was just something about Ruthie that gave us security and confidence. When we were ready to move forward, we contacted her and I can happily say we are so glad to be in our new home as first time home buyers! Ruthie cares about her clients and will be upfront with her concerns and suggestions. I never felt she was trying to sell us something we didnt need or want. All of her suggestions were on point, and I truly feel we got a great value overall, including financing. She was there every step of the way with a lifetime of knowledge, and we felt like she had our backs in everything we did. She is, on top of everything, so sweet and caring, we consider her part of the family.

Realtor helpful even when she was running the front desk and busy answering other calls. Im moving to Austin from out of state and this process has been very stressful. So far, Adrienne sent MANY listings to me within 10 minutes of first calling her for rentals in the area! I will rate again after Ive established a rental.
