I’ve been doing business with Jeff Buchanan for probably 10-12 years and felt the need to write him a review. Jeff has always been a man of integrity and when people are in the process of buying a new or used home he goes the extra mile to insure that his clients are getting the best possible deal. He is also one of the “VERY” few realtors that I know of that either gets the work “if needed “ done before the sale or negotiates for it to be done after the sale. Let me just put it this way. If Jeff or one of his team is your realtor you can rest assured that they will do their very best to take care of you and your investment.

Had an absolute fantastic experience with this realtor. We had a lot of problems in the sale of our house in New Mexico. This realtor went out of his way to help everything go smoothly on the house we bought in Lufkin.
