    We worked with EMILY KUNG and she was absolutely AMAZING. She helped get our house leased in less than 30 days when it had been in the market for months. She stayed on top of it from day one and COMMUNICATED EVERYTHING with us super fast and got everything ready quickly for us to have our new tenants move in.     I’ve been at KW Memorial for over a year now and we by far work the hardest to give back tothe agents. New agents need the most helpfor the least upfront cost. Free Printing, free business cards, free 1st sign, free transaction coordinator, Open House Signs are less than $4 each. These things contribute to an agent being able to stay the course and not be apart of the the 80% of agents that don’t make it to their second year of real estate. I serve the greatest agents in the world at KW Memorial.

    A charming neighbor recommended Zofia Lombardi to my husband and me. What an excellent decision it was to meet Zofia and enlist her help to eventually find a house. Zofia was available almost all of the time at my request. She was amazing. Her business partner Linda Aber joined the search and added her expertise. Between these two wonderful women we managed to get the perfect house for us. Thanks to both of them it was a fun and rewarding adventure. With a charming house as our reward.

    Brad Evans contacted us while we were scouring the internet for info on Houston neighborhoods. At first, we had every intention of using a personal friends realtor, but Brad impressed us so much with his expertise, knowledge, and communication skills that we decided he was our guy! We are from Austin and made two separate trips to the Houston area to house-shop. Brad was in touch multiple times leading up to these trips verifying our home search criteria and creating an itinerary in order to help us get the most out of each trip. He was very responsive and timely in his communication. We were also very impressed with his negotiation skills! Brad is an excellent realtor who listens to his clients, does thorough investigations on the homes of interest and is top-notch in contract and negotiation discussions. I would happily recommend him to anyone moving in Houston!

    Tierra Carrington was my agent for a single family home purchase. She is professional, courteous, polite, enthusiastic, ethical and possesses a high degree of integrity.
