Angie Row is amazing! She saved me last year when I moved across the state for a new job opportunity! My original plan was to rent my house out and create an income property, and I found a property manager and everything. This manager, was unable to find a renter, and was unable to get a showing to sell the house and one day emailed me that he was quitting the real estate business. I was already living in Georgia and had no clue what to do!This is where Angie comes in to save the day! Full disclosure, I had been her daughters volleyball coach at Canyon Lake a couple of years prior and knew she did real estate. I sent her a desperate Facebook message and she was able to meet me at the house on my next visit home.Angie came in with a plan! We had multiple open houses, she was able to get showings very quickly and we got the house sold within 2 months! It’s a one-stop shop, with a title company, mortgage lender, and building inspectors all within the KWH building, so buyers and sellers can simply go one place for all their needs. Our relationship with Roslyn Casey goes back six years ago when we wanted to purchase a property in 2018 knowing we were looking for a home that we would eventually retire in. Initially, we intended to use a longtime Keller-Williams acquaintance but discovered he was about to move to another state and wouldnt be available. We asked him to recommend another Keller-Williams agent in the San Antonio area and he said, Ill set you up with the best Keller-Williams agent in San Antonio. That proved to be the understatement of the year! Roslyn Casey is probably the best in Texas! Our purchase of this home went flawlessly. Well, times change and we soon discovered that this home, no matter how much we loved it and still do, was not the right home for us when it comes to needing to be close to family as we age. We naturally called Roslyn first when we decided to pull the trigger to sell this property that we had been renting out to tenants for six years. Roslyn carefully and expertly guided us through the entire process of getting this property in the best condition for resale. Even though trying to sell a home in December is challenging with all the distractions of the holidays upon us, we were still blessed with several showings but no offers. Immediately, after the new year, Roslyn suggested a price reduction which brought on an onslaught of showings and our eventual buyer. I firmly believe it was Roslyns vast experience and her amazing ability to read the market that lead us to receiving such a quick offer by the right people at the right time. If youre looking for a realtor, youre search is over. Hire Erika Chapa.I live out-of-state and she helped us sell our rental home in Converse, TX. It was a nearly year-long process complicated by foundation issues, a difficult tenant, and shifting real estate market. Through it all, she made life incredibly easy. She communicated often (but never in excess) and always presented solutions, sharing her mastery of the real estate industry. She even recommended— and coordinated— an excellent contractor for repairs and touch-ups, and showed the house at times that worked for the tenants work schedule.With her guidance and expertise, our home sold for 50% more than we paid for it. I truly cannot recommend Erika highly enough.

Ms. Tiffany Linville has provided outstanding service to me and my family for over 8 years, in that she has sold two houses and help purchase 3 houses of these past 8 years. Her go to attitude and her abilities to find venders for repairs, cleaning, lawn service to photos of the houses have made a huge difference in my (our) abilities to sale our homes.There is not rating I can give Ms. Linville since there is not scale high enough for me to provide a rating.
