Cyndi was very professional and thorough from the beginning to the end of this process of selling our home. Her 17 years experience made us feel comfortable all details would be taken care of in a timely fashion. And they were. Cyndi was on time for all appointments and always prepared. Her cheerful personality put us at ease and we knew she had our best interest in mind.

I cant say enough good things about Cyndi! A coworker initially recommended Cyndi to us and I’m glad he did. My finance and I bought our first house with Cyndi in Carrollton in July 2020. Cyndi knows the DFW area and market extremely well, and I know we wouldn’t have been able to get our home without her help. As first time buyers we were pretty clueless about everything, luckily we had Cyndi who was very patient and knowledgeable about what to look for in a house. We gave her our max budget and she did not show us anything above it. We would call or text late at night and Cyndi would always respond right away. There were multiple times that we would see a new listing late at night and Cyndi would arrange for us to see it the very next morning before any open houses. The COVID pandemic going on made things challenging due to multiple offers on pretty much every house, but we had Cyndi to fight for us and made sure ours came out as the winning bid. Would recommend Cyndi to anyone looking to buy a house in DFW.

Cyndi helped us purchase a home in McKinney, TX early this year. She was critical to our success in the homebuying process. Her knowledge of real estate in the DFW market was so helpful in educating us as first time home buyers. She took the time to fully educate us on the home buying process from start to finish so we felt that we were making the right decisions and knew what the next steps were. The current housing market is so competitive and tough for buyers. The process would have been so much more stressful without Cyndi. During showings, she would point out areas for improvement and provide guidance on what would and wouldnt be feasible for each property. She was extremely realistic on every property where we might have ended up making a poor decision. She kept us fully in the loop every step of the way and was extremely communicative as we worked through the contract period. She also advised us to schedule a 2nd inspection after the TX winter weather prior to the mortgage company requiring it which helped us stay on schedule for our closing date. Cyndis expertise, support, and advice are invaluable. I highly recommend her as a realtor and especially for first time home buyers. She is a true advocate for her clients. We are so happy with our new home and this is all possible because of Cyndi.

As first time home buyers, my fiance and I didnt have a clue as to where to start. Multiple coworkers have used Cyndi as a realtor after our office relocated from Pittsburgh to Dallas, and they all spoke very highly of her. We are so glad that we chose Cyndi. She was very knowledgeable and walked us through the entire home buying process at ease. She was quick to set up showings in a crazy market when homes were only listed for 1-2 days. We set a max budget, which she never pushed us to go over, and she never pushed a sale on us. She was very honest and informative when she noticed issues with houses during viewings, such as possible issues with foundations, windows, roofs, etc., issues that wouldnt even cross our minds to think about. She was always available via mobile phone and text correspondence and was quick to respond, even during non-business hours. All of our documents before closing were completed online using DocuSign, which made it very easy during the COVID-19 pandemic. All in all, she was very informative, energetic, and patient with us. I couldnt imagine going through the home buying process with any other realtor!

Where do I even begin with Ms. Cyndi?Well to start with, she is a fantastic friend and a very beautiful soul. As a realtor, she is nurturing, effectively detailed and highly efficient.My wife and I were first time homebuyers and she came through for us and with her knowledge and extensive network of experts helped us get navigate the murky waters of purchasing a new build. Purchasing a home, especially a new build, is a very gruelling process. It very easy to develop a sense of uncertainty and become despondent.We started our process last year (2020 at the time of writing) and then the blizzard (in Texas) happened. Among many other things, it threw a lot of uncertainty into the process. We found a lot of solace in the how she handled our sense of uncertainty.I’m not sure if i’m one of the few who sees the ‘’mom” in her when she is handling tough situations but that virtue certainly does become more apparent when dealing with tough situations. Here is what i mean about the ‘mom’ in her; she is very tough but nurturing. She also goes an extra mile to breakdown complex concepts and jargons into simple and mentally palatable doses.She does all of this a with a very good sense of humour as well. I mean what is life without some difficulty and some laughter afterwards?Ms. Cyndi is simply fantastic but don’t take my word for it. Work with her today.
