Jeff and his team are awesome. Jeff was very reponsive and came to see me and evaluate our home for sale. In two days he returned and explained his pricing based on comps and the correct price per square foot. Jeff also counciled us on what to do to make the home more saleable , things like power washing the home and cleaning up cluttered areas, on and on.
