Keith has helped my wife and I buy and sell 3 properties in the Clear Lake area over the past 5 years. Two of the properties were lots on which we intended to build a home but life (and COVID) kept getting in the way. We continue to return to Keith and his team because of their professionalism, knowledge of the market and the fact they are easy to work with. Keiths knowledge of the market alerted us to a home about to go on the market that met all our needs, and we were in contract in short order. All our sales and purchases proceeded as planned and on time. Closings happened on time, with no glitches. Should we want to purchase another property, we need only make one call.

Honestly, the entire team is phenomenal..very knowledgeable but not afraid to say i will get back to you about that one.. if needed. We worked with Beth and Jason during our house hunting and they were accommodating and there for us when we could meet or when we wanted to see a house. Prior to meeting Beth, we had had a somewhat traumatic house hunting experience but with Beths help and Jasons guidance i can happily say we are finally at home in a space that is so perfect for us at this point in time! My husband and I just purchased our first home with Jason and Beth Wilson. They were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. We viewed several homes over a 3 month timeframe and we always got showings very quickly for homes we were interested in (often within the same day!), we got our questions answered immediately and they also connected us with the best lending team as well. We cannot say enough good things about our experience. There are a lot of realtors out there but I would choose the Wilson’s everytime! I’m beyond grateful for their guidance and expertise in such an unknown process for us. 10 out of 10 recommend!
