Keenon deserves 10 ⭐️’s!We were first time homebuyers and truly didn’t know what to expect. Keenon made the whole process as smooth as it could be. If I had requests, he made it happen. If I got nervous about something, he tended to it right away. He answered all of our questions with patience and kindness, while also not sugarcoating things just so he could make a sale. Not once did I feel like he was going to lead us astray. I appreciate his honesty and integrity to both the buyer and the seller.We are so happy in our new home!Keenon truly cares about his people, and I think that is what makes him the best in the business. If you are looking to sell or buy, Keenon is your guy!

Keenon Ward is absolutely amazing!!!! He has worked with us for years and every time has been so patient and kind. We gave him a list of wants/needs and he found us the perfect home. I always felt bad asking questions but he quickly responded and reassured me, I was not dumb and my questions were valid. If we could give more than 5 stars, I would absolutely give him a 10. Keenon makes the home buying process flawless, and so stress free. He works with you every step of the way. I know he has other clients, but always makes you feel like you are his only client. He always goes above and beyond to give you the attention one needs when buying a house. I would recommend Keenon to anyone looking to buy a house.

Keenon is tremendous at what he does. He got our home under contract super quick, & over market value during the holidays in a tough market. There were tons of moving parts, from a loan assumption, multiple contingencies, repairs, and navigating 4 same day closings. He is as plugged in as anybody in the industry and works his tail off for his clients. Hes easy to reach, always available, and just an all around great guy that you want on your side. Cannot recommend Keenon enough as a real estate agent, you will not be disappointed.
