Keely is by far the best realtor Ive ever had the pleasure of working with, and if youre thinking that all those 5-star reviews are too good to be true, youre wrong. Keely sold my house in ten days at $25K over asking price, which in turn was $25K over the z-estimate (on Zillow) --so a total of $50K over the z-estimate! And this wasnt luck. It was Keelys hard work, expertise, and negotiating skills that made this happen.This is the fourth house that Ive sold in my life, and I was seriously considering using a flat fee listing service like I did on my previous house. Im so glad that I didnt. Keely sold it for way more than I would have dared to ask for it, and the price difference way more than covered her commission. Also, it would have taken me much longer to sell it on my own using a flat rate service. Why? Because she generated a huge buzz of interest around my house in a short period of time, using social media, a professionally made video, professional pictures, signs, and brochures. On top of that, she held three open houses within an 8-day span, that resulted in tons of viewings and 3 offers on the same day, each one higher than the previous one. Even my neighbors commented on how hard Keely worked.Just follow her advice on setting the list price, the staging of your house, and what maintenance items to fix and what not to fix. She knows the market, and her instincts are spot on. She is always nice, helpful, and accommodating, wanting to make sure you are happy with every decision, but you will have the best outcome if you just listen to her and trust her judgment. We are out of state buyers so Keely had to be our eyes and ears while shopping for a 2nd home. She did a great job of face timing, and then sending additional videos of the property so we got an excellent idea of what the whole property looked like. Once we chose our property, and closed, we made arrangements for some furniture to be delivered but our arrangements fell through. We were scrambling to find someone to be there to receive our furniture and were going to have to fly in. We called Keely at the very last minute and she stepped in happily agreed to go to our condo and stay there for two hours to receive our furniture and wait for it to be assembled. Keely really excels in real estate and works hard for her buyers. She will definitely be our realtor of choice should we ever decide to sell or buy another property.
