Kaylan is a Super Hero !! Was listing our home with another agent, it had become an absolute nightmare. Being a first time seller I really wasn’t sure how the process should go and was being bullied and taken advantage of. It was awful. So we fried our old agent and that’s when Kaylan came into our lives. She is beyond amazing. She made it so easy and non stressful. Told us up front the truth no bs. I really wish we had found her sooner. If you ever want to do yourself a favor list or buy with Kaylan. We sold at ask and I’m the time frame she predicted. And she told us to stop spending !!!!!! She had our best interest at heart and never once made us feel any pressure !!!! We couldn’t be happy !!!!

I would give Kaylan 5000 stars if I could! She made our move from Oregon to Texas possible. From day one she went above and beyond by answering general questions related to Texas. Once we were able to travel to Texas, she picked us up from our hotel and drove us all over to help us learn the surrounding areas we were interested in. Once we returned home, Kaylan continued to go above and beyond and was always willing to tour homes on our behalf and send videos of the houses. She captured all the details and gave us a good sense of the property. We had a delivery mishap and Kaylan even drove 45 minutes one day to attempt to pick up a delivery for us that arrived weeks early. She always advocated for us with the lenders and builders and she was always in the loop. Kaylan paid close attention to the small details and knew what we liked and what we didn’t like. She was beyond helpful and I couldn’t imagine making this 1800 mile move without her. She found us the perfect home!
