Heres how we came to work with Jonathan. Over a year ago we went to a few open houses to get our heads around how much things cost. I received a lot of help from Jonathan when I first settled in the United States. When I was in Korea, they helped me with everything I needed to do, from finding an apartment to settling down. He waited until dawn to pick me up at the airport despite repeated delayed flight arrivals, and even though he was always busy, he drove me around and stayed by my side throughout the entire process, including opening a cell phone and account in the US, which was unfamiliar to me, purchasing a used car, and vehicle maintenance. He watched and helped. They also introduced me to trustworthy agents so that I could easily sign contracts with the insurance and electric companies I needed. If it werent for Jonathan, the settlement process would have been even more daunting and difficult. I felt that Jonathan was not just treating me as a customer, but that he genuinely wanted to help me settle in. If you want to move to Houston, I recommend leaving it to Jonathan. I can tell you that you wont regret it.
