2 years ago, my wife and I searched, and searched for a new home, our 1st. Katy was awesome, setting aside time, sometimes late, and a lot of effort as we search through well over a dozen homes before we finally settle down on our forever home. Where do I start with a review on Katy Mays.....She was AMAZING!!! I would give her 10 stars if I could. She helped me and my siblings sell our parents home and we all live in 3 different places, covering two states. Katy stepped in and took on responsibilities above and beyond her call of duty. During the ice storm in February when we couldn’t leave and check on the house she went on a regular basis to make sure that all was okay, even saving our necks a few times!!From setting up plumbers, electricians and even lawn service she helped us thru this process and our grief of selling our childhood home. She did it with grace, character, sympathy, respect and professionalism.Thank you Katy. We fell in love with you.She’s your gal if you need a good realtor. Terri Martin

Believe me when I say she is the best! She always makes herself available whenever possible; she’s very professional and will go above and beyond for you and your home buying needs ! I was a first time homebuyer and she made this very unfamiliar and stressful process so much easier for me. She answered any questions I had and if she didn’t know the answer she would find me one! I cannot rave about her enough!!
