    If you are looking to buy or sell, Katie is your contact along your journey of real estate needs. Being a contractor/custom builder, she goes out of her way to find me the perfect property to build on and invest in. She keeps her eyes open for all the little details I may need to know along the way before I invest in something that may not suit me. For instance, I wanted to buy a lake property for short term rentals and she checked the rental situation and found out the neighborhood doesn’t allow short term rentals. She lost a sale but was up front. This is why I chose Katie!!! She is fun to work with and you will not only get the best care with her, you will gain a friend to always count on!!

My mother in law and father in law were under contract to sell their home and unfortunately passed before the final signing. Katie helped walk us through uncharted territory with so much ease.     Katie was incredibly professional, kind, patient and helpful. I bought my first home right when the housing market started sky rocketing and probably saw 30 different houses and made about 10 offers before one stuck. She worked relentlessly against very difficult odds to find me a home within my budget no matter how many times we lost bidding wars. I had an FHA loan so I was at severe disadvantage given all the cash offers going around. Katie never gave up though. She was so on top of things she would text me homes before they even showed up on Zillow. When we found the house I bought she convinced the buyer to reduce the price to help with some repairs I would need to make and was instrumental in convincing the seller I was the right buyer. She was an amazing realtor and a genuinely wonderful person to be around. I never felt pressured and she has such a great eye for things she would point out potential problems that I would have never noticed. I can’t recommend her enough and will be using her in the future when I’m looking for my next home.

    Katie is a fantastic agent!! Im a retired Realtor and quickly knew we had picked the right person to help us find our Hill Country home. Born & raised in Kingsland, she knows the area, who to call for answers, and how to make the home buying experience as smooth as possible. We started our search in November. She did not give up when 2 deals fell through. Some Realtors slack off thru the holidays, but not Katie. She would send us listings as soon as they hit the MLS. Katies diligence paid off in early January when she saw a house come on the MLS. Katie had us in the door; we loved it, and she had our offer in the listing agents hands in less than 4 hours after it hit the market. Katie is a sweet lady who works her tail off, finding the right property for you!! CALL HER!!

    Being a retired realtor I expect a lot from my realtor. I was not disappointed with Katie. We had specific and unique needs and Katie listened carefully and went the extra mile to fill those needs. I felt she was not just our realtor but our pardner.     Katie was great. She helped sell my father‘s place after his death. I didn’t live in town so needed someone to handle things, almost entirely. To say the least, the transaction with the buyer was complicated and there were a great number of things that needed to happen and get done.
