PJ and KT are such a great team! We have known them for years and have used PJ to buy and sell many homes. Personally, they are so kind, hilarious, and we have always considered them friends. Professionally, they always go above and beyond, super quick to answer texts/emails/calls, and detail oriented. They’ve driven over 2 hours to meet us for showings and will sometimes go see houses and FaceTime us when we can’t make it. 100% fully recommend, there’s nothing these two can’t handle when it comes to buying/selling.

He was so patient and understanding when we had a delay in our plans sell our home and then when it was finally time to put the house on the market, he kept us on track to meet our closing goal. Although P.J. received multiple offers the first day, he was willing to follow through with our open house scheduled for that weekend. During the process he fully explained each of our offers (there were many) so that we could pick our best option. The home was under contract in well under a week. P.J. helped to make a naturally stressful process fun and exciting and we will forever be grateful! You couldnt pick a more friendly and dedicated realtor!
