Kate listened to what we wanted and was great at communicating information with us so we understood what was happening throughout the process of selling and buying. Kate flawlessly helped me negotiate a great deal on my home while not putting me in a vulnerable position with purchases in the aggressive sellers market. We made one offer on one home after touring a few and it was accepted right away. Kate was able to walk me through the closing/ escrow process and explain things in laymans terms for me to understand easily.
