With Karens guidance and expertise, we were able to navigate a challenging market from out-of-state so we could move back to our hometown. We appreciated her steady demeanor while having to deal with some unexpected findings during the inspection -- even going as far as to stop by the property to take pictures of some work that had to be done, since we were out-of-state. We appreciated her making sure we are protected while also getting us to closing for our home, which we love. She has remained in contact with us even though our closing was several months ago, checking in to see how things are going. I would work with her again in a heartbeat!

Her tremendous knowledge of housing inventory, geography, communities, restaurants, golf courses and amenities are a great asset. Her knowledge of east DFW areas made narrowing the contender list much easier. 2) Patience. She will show home after home after home, with the same level of professionalism and helpfulness. 3) Preparedness. She will know granular details about the homes you plan to tour AND will have them sequenced for the quickest viewing routes. 4) Advocate. Whether its pricing, finishes, punch lists, or inspection findings, she will actively advocate and proactively work on your behalf. 5) Continued contact. Her monthly newsletter reminders of homestead tax laws and other information has helped us tremendously. It’s also worth mentioning, within our first conversation she mentioned what type of home we may want to consider, she was spot on, that is EXACTLY what we ended up buying. Shes great!
