Kaitlyn was absolutely AMAZING before, during, and after the sale of our home! She listened to our goals during our presale interview, and she took the time to truly understand what we wanted out of the process. During our listing period, Kaitlyn worked hard to make sure that we had the best marketing approach and she was aggressive in getting our home sold. We had an offer 6 weeks after listing, and were closed and funded in 10! After closing, Kaitlyn sent us moving boxes and maintained close communication through our lease back period (and after) to ensure that we got our deposit back and that we had a smooth transition after the sale. Kaitlyn is truly a one of a kind realtor who is transparent and will work hard to earn, and keep, your business and referrals. To say I was impressed is truly an understatement!

Kaitlyn Bebe started working with us when the ONLY thing we were sure of was that we wanted to buy a house in the Cedar Creek area. After telling her our general interests, she went to work. She met with us on a Saturday and took us to several homes that absolutely fit our personalities and likes. Kaitlyn helped us consider pros and cons in each home. When we decided later THAT DAY which home we wanted, Kaitlyn went back to work. She seemed to work through the night and all day Sunday for us. Then came the stressful part. She fought for the absolute best deal we could get and represented us with our best interests in minds. Ultimately she alleviated the stress of negotiations by carrying us through the process. We contacted Kaitlyn on a Monday, toured homes on a Saturday and were under contract on Sunday. I truly believe she doesn’t rest. If we ever buy a home again we will work with nobody other than Kaitlyn. 100/10

We originally listed our house with a local agent who has billboards all over Henderson County/Cedar Creek area advertising she sells million dollar homes. We were not having a good experience at all! Finally after a few months and cancelling our contract, I walked into an Open House showing and met Kaitlyn. From the beginning, Kaitlyn treated us as if we were her only client. She was always honest and sincere, eager to help us. Any time we wanted to see a house, she was available. She promptly made sure things were done, she always kept her word, and always kept us updated throughout the whole process. She walked side by side with us through every step in selling our house from finding the best selling price to the very end of all the negotiations. If I could give more stars, I would! I found Kaitlyn through a Google search, and Im so happy I did. Kaitlyn helped my family find the perfect home for us, and worked her hiney off to do so! She was absolutely wonderful about accommodating last minute viewing requests and schedule changes, followed up regularly with answers to questions we had about properties, was transparent in her availability, had a great energy, and was a top tier professional and a complete joy to be around. Kaitlyn is a super hard worker. She’s worked with us two times. One time was after my husbands cancer surgery and we had to stop looking. One year later was the perfect time to buy . She’s easy to communicate with -so much so that we asked her to pick out properties we would like -instead of us sending her properties that wasted everyone’s time. She’s tackled tough issues with a potential sale that went south ( drastically failed inspection) and the sellers agent was trying to do some shady business. The property we ended up with is absolutely perfect. If you’re looking in the east Texas area…you owe it to yourself to give Kaitlyn a call!
