    From start to finish, it was a pleasure dealing with the crew from JZ Home Buyers. Initially contacted by Elizabeth to see if I was interested. Followed up by a home visit with Cody. Professional, personable, and well mannered is how I would describe my interactions. We were able to reach a deal the first day. And from there, Cody, Chris & Justin made the whole process easy. Never had an issue with communications - we communicated several times a week. They would let me know 24 hrs in advance if a contractor was coming by, approximate time, etc. They were very responsive to my many questions, texts, calls during the process. We were also able to close earlier than initially contracted. And they continued following up even after close.The entire crew at JZ made selling my house as stress free as possible.     I had already tried with 3 other buyers they all backed out last min. Alonzo with JZ home buyers, was patient and understanding as he worked with me and my anxiety about trying again. I was at a place where I just wanted to cry from the stress. Alonzo come out gave me an offer I accepted, and closed with in 1 month. Im crying now from relief.     I have to say I am extremely impressed with this company. They made selling my home so easy. Everyone I spoke with was so kind and knowledgeable. If they didn’t know the answer, they got the answer. I can’t believe how quick the sell happened. From start to finish, it took less than a month. Harrison was especially wonderful. He stayed in constant contact and never seemed to busy to answer a question. He was willing to meet my son to look at the property so I didn’t have to drive over an hour to do it. The fact that they paid all closing costs was more money in my pocket.     Harrison and Justin were great to work with. Weve had 7 homes in the DFW area and this was by far the easiest transaction weve ever had. Our dream home burned down and several crooks came in with low ball offers. Our new builder suggested I give these guys a call before remodeling and they gave us 50% higher than the we buy ugly houses guys. They even paid for things that went wrong that wasnt there fault. Highly recommend. Not just happy with the tranaction but they are good dudes!
