I was in a huge rush to get out of my current lease, find another apartment and move in within just a few weeks. Juliana instantly jumped into finding me amazing options based on all of my needs. She was extremely consistent and immediate with communication, and presenting me a wide array of options and information. She made it possible for me to find an amazing apartment exactly where I wanted to be in just a few short weeks- right on my timeline. Juliana’s motivation, knowledge and true concern for my wants and needs created the BEST and smoothest experience in finding my perfect apartment. 10/10 recommend her services. We cannot express our gratitude enough for this team. Julz went above and beyond to find a great home for our family. We are very new to the area, Julz listened to the needs of our family, and found some great options. She made sure everything was satisfactory before we moved in. THEN! Moved back to Austin and needed to buy a house in the ultra competitive housing market. We were referred to Quinn and we are super glad he was our real estate agent. We won the contract on the first house we put an offer on because he went the extra mile to establish a relationship with the sellers agent. There were multiple offers, but we were receiving information from the sellers agent that allowed us to comfortably adjust our offer and win it at a very reasonable price. Even after we won the contract he made sure we were taken care of through the inspection, appraisal, and closing processes. He is clearly on your side and knows what he is doing. Unless we use Quinn again the next house we buy probably wont go as smoothly. Well deserved 5 stars!

Julz is wonderful to work with. She took my very stringent requirements for location and schools and was able to assist me in finding a great place thats saving me money monthly. Julz is very responsive. Emails and texts were returned in less than 24 hours and always with answers or additional information.
