I chose Jamie Siddons to sell my Mother’s house because I had heard nothing but praise for her. Now that I have worked with her, I know she is worthy of that praise. In fact, she can add me to the long list of people who think highly of her real estate skills as well as her interpersonal skills. Why do I feel this way? Because she had very useful information to share throughout the sales process. This included how to:• prepare Mother’s house for sale – e.g., She knew the pros and cons as to whether the wheelchair ramp should be removed. Also, the information she shared about a possible electrical wiring change showed me she knew about wiring. Without her information, I probably would have made the wrong decision in both situations.• what vendors to consider for making changes – e.g., I lived out-of-state and had no idea who to use. She gave me two or three vendor names for each situation so I could obtain competitive bids.• what the listing price should be – e.g., She was very knowledgeable about the market.• the pros and cons of each offer• what to think about when making a counteroffer• what to expect when closing.Now this might be what is expected of all realtors, but it was the depth of her information that impressed me.Besides the above, I would add:• Her optimism was unfailing.• Her response time to communications was timely.• She listened to me and was open to my opinions.In summary, I highly recommend Jamie.

We have now went to Jeramey when we bought our land and now have sold that same property, and the experience both times was excellent. Jeramey and Lacey are both great! A husband and wife team, you really are getting a two for one deal. If one happens to be tied up with another client they will make sure the other follows up when urgent. Both are very responsive and knowledgeable in their own right, but the best quality is how much they actually strive to meet the expectations of the client. They will not pressure you into any direction, but when asked, will still help you balance out your decision with a good fit for you. Highly recommended!
