Ive had the pleasure of knowing Julie for the last 5yrs and during that time she managed one purchase and two home sales for me. She is one of the most personable & professional real estate professionals Ive ever worked with. Her natural ability to keep all parties calm and positive while continuing to move the process forward when challenges arise is uncanny, and the ability to spot potential value adds is a true benefit. Julie is the “go to” realtor for getting your property sold around the Corpus Christi area. My wife and I initially had a so called highly recommended realtor from Coldwell Banker who only showed the house one time in 5 months! We contacted Julie who was recommended by an acquaintance and the house was shown by Julie so many times that I have lost count! They property was under contract within one and a half months once Julie took control!! I cannot say enough good things about her and her hard working ethics that got the job done! Yes, she charges 6%, but you get what you pay for and Julie was worth every dime! Don’t play around with lower rate lazy realtors, demand Julie and get it done right!

Julie is AWESOME! Not only did she sell my house quickly, but she also saved me THOUSANDS by advising me to get a second opinion on the banks home inspection report that stated the foundation needed to be re-leveled. Spent a couple hundred bucks to get a Licensed Structural Engineers professional opinion and a stamped engineering report stating the foundation was structurally sound and saved $10,0000!!!!
