🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟It was an absolute pleasure working with Julie! As a real estate agent in Mesquite, TX, her deep knowledge of the local market and the history of the homes she represents is awe-inspiring. During our first shoot, she shared fascinating details about the property’s history and demonstrated her strong community ties by chatting with a local police officer she knew. She met me at both properties to ensure everything was ready and provided helpful feedback to elevate the photos. As the owner of AccuPhotography, I’m thrilled to have collaborated with such a professional. I was also excited to learn she provided a referral to another realtor with a $3 million listing. I just happened to call the office one weekend, stabbing in the dark, and Nelda LaCour answered the phone. I guess the phones were rolled since it was a Saturday. Me and my wife already had a list of houses we wanted to see from the University Park, Lakewood, and Highland Park areas. The very next day (Sunday) she met us at about 4 different houses and by Monday we were writing a contract. Since then, 2 of my children and 1 co-worker have had the pleasure of working with her. Nelda is golden from dealing with first time home buyers to buyers in the market for flipping houses. I would strongly recommend her over anyone else, her 25+ years in the business definitely shows!

Our property wasnt the easist to sell but Julie made it happen.
