Do not waist time reading my long story. If you are looking at this you just need to contact Julian and let him do what he does and help you find find a place.I met Julian when I was in a bind trying to find a new house to rent on very short notice. He was the only agent to return my calls for renting houses. After that he quickly got some places together to look at and helped me sign a lease and get in a good place. I knew after that I had found the guy I wanted to work with on the next rental.Fast forward two years life and the world changed. I did not need to rent any more and wanted to buy a place. But man do/did I have some odd requirements, some life complications and bad timing. He took it all in stride and found me an amazing place.We almost had to walk away from the deal but the sellers agent and him were able to make it all work out, and I now have an incredible place thanks to Julian.If you are still here and still reading again you need to contact Julian and let him help you find a place, he will excel at it.

Julian is the type of real estate professional that anyone selling or purchasing a home would benefit from.He is a great communicator and negotiator and never used pressure or intimidating tactics.To be begin with, we interviewed agents from several top real estate companies and Julian stood out among them.The way he marketed our home through video and highlighting the best features of our home as well as the benefits of our neighborhood and location had us wanting to buy it.Before putting the house on the market, we walked thru the house with Julian and he pointed out a few tidbits that made our home easier to sell. He made sure to reach out to every agent who brought their buyers to get feedback and address any concerns they have. He was able to get our house sold in a very tight market which made Julian’s real estate skills even more remarkable.Julian understood what we wanted to achieve and helped us focus on our goal as we worked through negotiations with the buyers. He made our home selling experience a memorable one.

My family relocated to Texas from Georgia and it was all new to us. Luckily our GA agent put us in contact with Julian and it was such an easy process. Julian went above and beyond with doing face time showings for us until we arrived to town. Once we settled on a new construction home, he was diligent in following the process closely and ensuring the builder communicated ETAs and other important details with us. He’s also very personable and cares about his clients and their happiness with such a large investment. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for an agent who is your advocate but also not pushy!

Julian helped my wife and I find a rental home, and he was awesome! We were so in divisive, we wanted nicer homes than our budget allowed, and Julian stayed patient with us through it all. He organized a list of homes for us based on our wants and needs, he spent numerous weekends taking us to see the properties, and he made the experience super easy and stress free. Neither my wife or I had ever rented a house before, always apartments, so we were lost without a clue what to do. Julian helped us through every part of the process, and we are definitely reaching back out to him when it comes time to buy a house! Buying a House is a lot of work but Julian made it super easy for my wife and I. He’s patient and doesn’t mind explaining things more than once. He did a lot to find us our perfect home, and probably even more that we don’t even know about. To mention a few, he suggested a personalized letter to the seller after 1 or 2 offers weren’t accepted on a house we loved. Julian sent us homes that wasnt currently on the market and if we liked them he reached out to see if they were still interested in selling or personally knocked on their door and left a card/letter. I don’t want to tell all his tricks but he really is the BEST REALTOR out there. We love the home we just closed on and I can say without a doubt that if it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t have been able to get this house. How many Realtors can beat a CASH Offer? I only know 1 JULIAN SCHWERTZ!!!!

I am a special project. I am waiting on a cancer settlement. I called Jullian some time back. Gave him what I was looking for and his first house met my expectations. He listens to your needs and wants and fills the requests. All I’m doing now is waiting on my second time around with cancer and then wait on the courts decision. Now, Jullian and I have become very good friends, and that is just a plus. If anyone is wanting to buy or sell a home in and around Houston, please do not hesitate to give Jullian a call.
