This is the second time Ive worked with Judy. Me being a repeat customer should tell you about the quality of her services. She helped me find a great rental home in 2020, and now that Ive decided to purchase a home (2024), I went back to her because of the wonderful experience I had the first time. She was really great helping me find my dream home! She listened to my thoughts and search criteria and was very diligent and responsive in finding homes to show me. We landed on just the right thing, and I am over the moon happy with her services and expertise. As emotional an experience as home buying can be, she always remains calm and is great at pointing out issues and factors and asking the important questions on all the properties. She takes all the guess work out of the purchasing process. Shes a real gem in the DFW area. I feel privileged to call her a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone in the search of property.

Coming out of a rough, We have to move because an owner wants to cash in on the market, situation, Judy came through with more than flying colors. Her calming Spirit, attention to detail, and get to it, approach is greatly appreciated, and needed in todays I want Money, society. My work required me to move across state in 2 weeks. In such shirt notice I was able to find and rent a house with Judys help! I cant thank her enough. She helped me early in the moring to late at night. She also supplied me with all the requied paperwork and was able to visit multiple locations for me and sent videos and photos of the property. She always told me the blunt truth for every property and even had a service to turn on my utilities right when I moved it!I would highly suggest her help to anyone selling/buying/renting any properties.

We moved to Frisco and were on the lookout to buy a home that would be our First in the US. There were many unknowns, most importantly we did not know the process and had no one to trust. A good friend recommended Judy and she agreed to step in. Judy is a thorough professional and very organized. She took us through the process one step at a time and made it seem like a piece of cake. She is so well informed, connected and aware of the e2e details. We visited around 50 homes in a week. Hats off to her patience. If not for her help, we would never have found our Dream Home. Given the Awesome experience, I approached her for help with our second home. She stepped in again with great options and expert suggestions. However the Market ended up being crazy with every home having multiple offers and interests rates on the rise. I hence had to shelve my plans. I would go to her blind folded for my next home whenever it happens. She is reassuring, trustworthy and very transparent. Its been a pleasure for my family to be associated with her.

My wife and I are under contract for a home we purchased through Judy; we are moving to DFW from Denver. I am in the real estate business myself. Before deciding on Judy, I contacted around a dozen other agents who seemed to be highly rated and have good reviews.Being in the business, I have a good idea of what type of questions to ask and how to gauge whether or not an agent has the crucial qualities a buyer is looking for. Those are; tenacity, knowledge of the area/market, attention to detail, strong network, knowledge of housing architecture/building, and engaging personality.Judy stood out above all the others, and I committed to working with her on what was intended to be the first of two trips to DFW, the first was to gauge areas we would like to be in, and the 2nd would be to purchase.Judys thorough preparation and tireless efforts to show me around all of the areas we were interested in, sharing a wealth of knowledge about each one, made the two trips unnecessary. Judy spent almost 11 hours with me that very first day. Judy was right back at it the next day when we made an offer that the seller selected immediately.I expect to be doing more business with Judy in the future for investment properties; she went above and beyond for us!
