My girlfriend and I were first time home buyers and did not know much about the process or where to start. We looked online for a realtor and saw that Juan Carreno had amazing reviews and man did he live up to his reviews. Juan was an amazing realtor and a good person. He helped us with the entire process and got us our dream house. Juan was very quick in responses to us and got us looking in houses within hours. He cared about us and wanted to make sure that we were happy with the house we got. He put our priorities first and got us what we needed. I recommend Juan to anyone looking for a house that wants a great realtor that will guide them and help them achieve their dreams.

Juan was an answered prayer.My wife and I are first time home owners and with the current market, we didn’t think we’d find anything. Boy were we wrong. Juan helped us find our dream home and close the deal. He made the process very easy to understand for us and answered all of random questions at any time of the day.He was always on time to the showings and I trusted him with our representation. He is a solid negotiator and is also bilingual, which was a huge plus. I’d definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

One of the most important things when dealing with a realtor is how they respond to clients calls/emails, Juan always answer his phone and replies to emails swiftly.
