Donna is a PRO! I had a real estate agent before Donna and it was a miserable experience, because the agent wasnt educating me during the process, BUT Donna kept me informed on everything. She provided valuable information during the process of the home buying experience, from the beginning to the end, that didnt even cross my mind. She didnt wait for me to call her, she called me. She pushed for repairs to be done to the home before closing. I am a first time home owner and had no clue on the process or how to go about successfully completing steps throughout. She was included on emails between me and the lender, and as soon as she felt that I need to follow up on information that the lender shared, she texted or call...ASAP! With Donna as my broker, I was able to breath and focus on packing and getting set up for the move. YOU ARE THE BEST DONNA! You all have no idea. If you want a pro, please contact Donna.

Donna truly was a five star agent. She handled the negotiations so professionally to make sure all parties felt like they were winning. Its so calming knowing someone who has the skills and experience to make sure all parties are working together efficiently to the close. This was a smooth transaction from start to finish! Working with Donna was fantastic. From the start Donna clearly laid out my options when looking to sell and purchase a new home. From there Donna was patient with the timeline that I needed to execute on and was very understanding when I needed help or clarification on real estate practices.Looking for a home with Donna was a breeze as well, they were able to set everything up that I needed in a short amount of time and were diligent and effective when viewing prospective properties. From the property searching all the way to the closing was made much easier I believe because I was working with Donna.Donna was doing things and checking up on the new property that I had not thought of. When there was a large storm in the area of my new home, Donna checked in the next morning and let me know that there was nothing to be concerned with at my soon to be new home.I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Donna in the future, their excellent communication skills set me at ease and made home buying much more enjoyable.

Donna is a wonderful realtor! She worked for us every step of the way - recommendations on how best to showcase our house, following up with buyers’ agents, and always keeping us in the loop on any leads or feedback she received. Even in a market with high interest rates, she used her expertise to communicate the value of our home and market the house in all the methods she knew worked best to keep prospective buyers regularly touring the house in person. She also safe-guarded us from accepting offers that were not fair to us, even though we were in a hurry to sell. We ended up accepting an offer we were very happy with within about one month of being live with her as our agent, and it was clear from day 1 that it was her work that helped us get there so quickly. No one works harder than Donna, and I’d recommend her again and again!

I don’t know where begin. We are out of state and with my husbands declining health we needed to sell our beautiful Hutto home. I was referred to Donna from an out of state broker and we took a leap of faith!!! I’m not sure Ms Harris sleeps because she answered me non stop and helped me stay on top of everything while I was working in California …. Sometimes she had to explain things to me multiple times but was very patient. Our neighborhood is selling on average about 60 days on the market. Ms Harris had ours sold on 8 days and well over what we were expecting. She does her homework, she communicates and she follows through. More than anything she knows this business inside and out. In a day and time when work ethics are lacking in so many industries, you will not find that here!!! She is on it every minute of every day !!! I cannot sing her praises enough! I have never had a realtor work at this level and off the charts! You are in more than capable hands with Donna Harris!!!

Donna is amazing! She helped us sell our home, for WAY above asking price, in a mere 2 days. And to top it off, a lease back was important to us and she was able to negotiate a financially favorable one for us so that allowed us to stay in the home until our new one was completed. She was fantastic guiding us to the finish line of the sale...which wasn’t easy. I just wish we would’ve found her before we signed the contract on our new home. We sure could’ve used her to deal with our builder! If you need a realtor that is responsive and works hard for you, call Donna. You won’t be disappointed!
