I have the absolute pleasure to get to work with Pam on the sale of my home. She was very meticulous helping me prepare my home for photos and showings. She explained what needed to be changed/packed/put away. Gave me a short list of what needed to be repaired and answered all my questions.She coordinated with the photographer and all of the third parties and made the entire process very easy.I was out of town when the listing went live. And by the time I was back, we were under contract.Pam takes her time, does the research and understands the market. She helped me navigate the multiple offers we received and stayed on top of the title company and buyer agent to ensure everything went smoothly. Right down to finding another title company to close at because the one originally scheduled wasnt prepared.Being in the commercial real estate industry, I can say with confidence that Pam is extremely adept in what she does for her clients.I would highly recommend Pam as a Seller or Buyers agent.

Pam was the consummate professional. She was available to assist with issues that arose at the property we were selling when we were unavailable. She provided advice and recommendations for service providers to assist us with getting the property ready for listing and she personally met those providers at the property. Pam was a pleasure to work with. We are thrilled with the results she got for us. She made the process fast, efficient and almost stress free. We would definitely recommend Pam for any real estate sales.

If I could give Pam Smith 10 Stars, I would. Five for each house! Last year, she sold my old home and found my new one.The first time I called Pam about a listing she had, she picked up the phone on the first ring. We looked at the house that afternoon and it was under contract the next day - but not by me. I hesitated and missed a great deal. It was her listing and it was priced right and perfect.We toured several other houses over the next few weeks before finding my forever dream home. At the same time, Pam was marketing my old home. Again, her savvy sales knowledge resulted in immediate and multiply offers. With her guidance, I chose the best one. Everything exceeded my expectations.Pam is professional and personable to perfection. I highly recommend her as a realtor.

Even in the most complicated situations we encountered, Pam knew exactly how to proceed and always had our best interest in mind.

I wish I could give Pam more than 5 stars. She is absolutely amazing! I live in Mobile, AL, and I purchased a home in Desoto site unseen for an investment. My original realtor did not work out for various reasons, and I reached out to Pam for help. She quickly took over the listing, got professional pictures of the home taken, and spent countless hours getting all sorts of things done for me that I was unable to do being in another state. Pam (and her darling husband) even went so far as to bring space heaters over to prevent my pipes and hot water heater from freezing during a cold snap. It took months to get all of the issues with the home addressed before it finally sold because we had to deal with vandalism and issues found during multiple inspections. Pam was there for every bit of it, and I finally closed on the home with an offer that was over the asking price. I never had to travel to Desoto because I knew that Pam had things under control. After the ordeal of this home, I am surprised that Pam still wants to be a realtor, lol! But seriously, she is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and worth her weight in gold. Highly recommend to anyone!!!
