My husband and I are so happy with the service Joyce provided! She is a joy to be around. She went above and beyond for us when we realized the first house we were planning to purchase and had gone under contract with was NOT a good fit. She helped us pull out of that contract, get our earnest money back, and go under contract with the absolute perfect home in just a few weeks time! She also helped us find an apartment to stay in while our house was being built. I can’t say enough good things about working with Joyce, and I would recommend her to everyone I know a thousand times over.

Joyce is a fabulous realtor. She goes the extra mile by being personal and knowledgeable. She first helped us search for the perfect house, then when we decided to build a new one, she helped us every step of the way. She not only advised us but went to the builder meetings and walk through with us. She also took pictures of the many stages of our house being built over many many months. On closing day she presented us a personal photo album of all those pictures along with a beautiful personalized cutting board. Joyce has a kind and friendly personality that shines and invites you in. Joyce really cares about her clients and it shows. We are grateful we got to work with her and would recommend her to our family and friends.

Deciding on an apartment while preparing for a move from the east coast without being able to physically be in Dallas was daunting, but Joyce put me at ease as she explored locations on my behalf.
