I highly recommend Joyce Lynn Chandler as a realtor. She helped our family find and purchase our current home and sell our previous residence. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows the Richardson housing market inside and out. And she has a vast network of professionals she introduced us to for additional services like the home inspection, title company, etc. Joyce Lynn did a wonderful job listening to our needs and finding the perfect property for us. She went above and beyond searching MLS listings and actually reached out to the homeowner and helped us negotiate an offer on a new home before it even was listed which made the process so much easier for us. Joyce Lynn also helped us navigate the sell of our old home. She gave us advice on how to clean and stage the home to get our best offer. I lucked into finding Joyce Lynn 5 years ago, and now shes the only realtor I use and recommend to all friends and family. Ive worked with Joyce Lynn on both the buying and selling side, and shes the best! When buying, she has great knowledge of the area, knows all the little pitfalls to avoid, and keeps in constant contact to keep you on track with the big-picture timeline. Selling, she knows just how to market your home and set a reasonable price. On both sides, she has a wide range of personal contacts if you dont already have someone lined up for financing, pre-purchase inspections, staging, photography, etc. Not only have I been completely happy with everything Joyce Lynn has done for me and my family, but Ive been completely satisfied any time Ive used one of her professional contacts too. And if she doesnt know the answer to something already off the top of her head, she will find the answer and quickly follow-up with you! Cant recommend Joyce Lynn highly enough!

Heres whats immediately evident when you work with Joyce Lynn - she knows the real estate industry inside and out. She knows what shes doing and she does it on your timeline, simple as that. I wouldnt change a single thing about how she handled the sale of our home. It can be a very emotional and challenging time (for home sellers) but she walked us through everything. We always knew what was going on, what the next steps were, and what to expect throughout the process so we were never surprised. And, in addition to her knowledge and expertise, she is one of the nicest, kindness people you will ever meet. If you need a realtor, trust me, shes the best.
