We first met with Joyce in mid-October 2021, found what would end up being our new house through her listing site in late November, and closed in mid-January 2022. Going from start to close in three months during the craziness of the housing market at the time was astonishing. Joyce was always responsive to our texts and got viewings as early as possible.Throughout the process, Joyce helped us to understand the Stephenville market. It also became clear how many contacts she had in housing-adjacent businesses, which was to our benefit. She listened to us as we looked at houses and better understood what we wanted. Her listing website pulls from the regional MLS (more timely and accurate than Zillow). We set up saved searches and got daily email alerts on new listings. Joyce was able to pull more details on listings of interest, too.During the offer and closing stages, she was a constantly reliable source of information. As a first-time buyer, we were anxious about the process (you never hear good stories about buying a home), but she let us know what to expect. We had hiccups during the closing, and she helped us roll with the punches. We highly recommend Joyce Holland to anyone who is looking for a realtor agent.

Joyce was recommended to me by multiple coworkers and she definitely lived up to the hype! She has helped me sell my house in Stephenville as well as buy my new home in Crowley. My schedule to view homes was very limited so we set out to see several houses on my day off. She was so sweet and patient as we re-worked which houses to see the day of. Several houses I wanted to see went contingent right before but she jumped on her phone and set up new showing options between houses. Joyce has been incredibly easy to work with. She’s happy to answer questions and she really knows her field. If I ever move again, I’m definitely calling her!

After a really lazy, ultimately failing, torture-fest with a realtor on selling our home in Fort Worth last year, I was not sure I was ready for another go when selling my moms place in Stephenville. but.... Joyce was awesome! While I was expecting to have to go back to Texas to clean and stage things a bit, Joyce got it done without even asking. And a week later it was sold at a great price.. Just blown away at the difference Joyce made. Wow.
