Josiah Beam is a great guy!He helped me purchase my first home and I met him through a co-worker who wouldn’t stop raving about how great of a realtor he is.What I like about Josiah is that throughout the whole home buying process, I genuinely felt like he had my best interest at heart. I told him the type of house that I was looking for and he paid close attention to the details. He also went over my finances with me and ensured I was looking for a house that I could properly afford. I never felt pressured or rushed to make decisions with him. I called him many times with questions about the home buying process. He was very knowledgeable and always answered the phone. There was one time he didn’t pick up and he literally called me back within the hour. I love that he always answers calls.He also has great connections. He referred a private home inspector to me before we closed to ensure the house I was buying was legit. The inspector checked every nook and cranny of the home and did an amazing report. Josiah also referred a third party to me that got me a great deal on WiFi and electricity for my new house.I rarely write reviews, but it is my pleasure to advocate for Josiah because he really is a good realtor who will have your back. I don’t know if I have the right words to describe Josiah Beam and the service we received from him during the sale of our home. We moved from Texas to California and the distance created challenges trying to prepare the house for sale but Josiah was a god-send. He took care of everything we needed and then some. His communication throughout the process was amazing. Every time we thought of the house and status he was already texting updates. There was a storm while we were away and he offered to drive by the home to ensure things were ok. Bottom line is Josiah went above and beyond the call with his service.
