I have been a real estate investor for 25 years. Josh Winkler is definitely one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. He is expert at design suggestions to maximize value and knows how to accurately assess market trends and best pricing. From personal experience I can say he has sold investment properties for top dollar, several in less than 10 days and with multiple offers.I know there are other flat fee services available, but I am confident the amount Josh receives from commission is totally worth the added value his professional expertise and negotiating skills will produce. The increased revenue he produces, makes it totally worth listing with him!

Josh came as a referral from a friend and I’m excited to know I had Josh on our side this whole time. Josh is a worth of Knowledge that helped guided us through our first home purchasing. I’d say the best quality is his phone is always on and answers when you call/text. There’s a sense of sincerity behind his service and had our best interest at mind.Working with the new construction company was challenging and even when the contracts came out and the construction company tried to charge us more money, appraisal went wrong, and the new construction home had a few defects, Josh was there to handle the communication and create resolution with the construction company.We’ll be using Josh for all our future home decisions. Thanks for putting us into our first home!

Josh Beat Expectations! I’ve sold properties using other more direct flat fee listing methods. But I was pleasantly surprised with Josh. He found a buyer immediately (the same day we agreed to work together). He had an offer for me by 6:00 PM and we had an executed contract in 2.5 days. Usually when you hear that type of story the seller underpriced the property. I didn’t. I had numerous offers but this one Josh brought was the best offer. 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up for Josh.

I decided to chose him over all the others on my vast network due to how knowledgeable, professional, and how easy he was to work with. He’s not the procrastinating type, he’s definitely a go getter. I’ve used him for the sake of my home, which sold in under a month, and he’s also helped me buy another house during the crazy pandemic times when houses were extremely hard to buy.
