    It does not get better than Josh DeShong Real Estate. More specifically on the team, Jackelyn Kramer & Matthew Masien represented us. At every turn Jackelyn and Matthew were advocating for us and keeping us informed along the way. We felt completely taken care of, and these days that is hard to come by in any profession. Thank you Josh DeShong Real Estate for your unparalled excellence in customer care! Starting with the excellent photographs for our listing, working through negotiations, and finishing with an eye for detail on each facet of the contract and closing, we are amazed with this company, and more specifically Jackelyn and Matthew. By the end of the journey they were our friends, and we feel like they treated our home sale as they would their own.

    I am looking at all of the bad reviews on here but my experience was quite the opposite. I represented the seller and Josh himself was the Buyer. He did not reduce the price at option expiration and everything was smooth and we closed on time. My seller was happy!! Great, Smooth Transaction!

    We used Josh DeShong Real Estate on a recommendation from family, as a great value without sacrificing service. Im happy to say our experience was also very good! That being said, it says more about the agent then it does the company. Our agent, Jeremy Johnson represents the best of what Josh DeShong has to offer. We had a hot property, which Jeremy recognized, and we priced that property to facilitate a multiple offer scenario, which turned out to be a great strategy. We ended up selling for $15K over asking price! This is the only home my wife and I have ever sold so we had many questions along the way. Jeremy treated us with the upmost respect and always had the answers to our questions. He was exceptional at getting back to us in a timely manner. The company photographer also did an amazing job which helped generate the 18 showings in 3 days. The Josh DeShong selling model works but it works because of agents like Jeremy Johnson.

    I highly recommend Michael Dobbs at Josh DeShong Real Estate. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked very hard through the entire process to get my house sold for the best price. Additionally, he had a lot of strategies to market my home for the best price. We got an offer quickly, and Michael negotiated hard without allowing the deal to fall apart. My photos were beautiful; I received great advice throughout the process. I have bought and sold a lot of houses, so I have had considerable interactions with agents and have had mostly negative experiences. I received as much service and expertise as with a traditional 3% agent. You cant go wrong with him.

    Josh DeShong is undoubtedly, the only way to sell a house. You can sell your house for a flat 3K (versus 3% sales commission) and you get a full-service, quality real estate agent to guide you through every step in the process. David Christopher was excellent. He was knowledgeable and responsive - even after hours and on weekends. I definitely saved money using Josh DeShong to sell my house and still received the services of a highly qualified, friendly, responsive, and professional real estate agent to guide me all the way through to final closing. David Christopher was great and I highly recommend Josh DeShong.

    Michael Dobbs was the realtor who helped my husband and I on therecent purchase of our home. He did a splendid job helping us by setting up appointments for viewings and in once we made our decision, he was most helpful in getting the paperwork done in a timely manner.     Josh DeShong Real Estate is the ONLY real estate company we would ever use. This is our second time listing a house with them. The first time, they sold our house in 2 days. The second time, they sold my sisters house in 13 days (and, at Christmas time!). They responded to our call the same day. The agent, Chris English (he was also the agent who found our currant house), was on top of everything regarding the sale of my sisters house. He was in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. Thank you Josh DeShong Real Estate and Chris English for the amazing experience.

    I had taken my house of the market after having it listed with another agent for almost a year. When I decided to attempt to sell it again, I met with Josh and couldnt have been more impressed. He was very straight forward on the reasons why my house had not previously sold,I felt he was very honest in assessment of my house and that he really understood the market, especially in my area, so I decided to list my house through him. I am SO glad I did!Not only was his entire staff professional and easy to work with, the photographs they took of my house were great and I knew if I had a question all I had to do was call, but they were great at keeping me in the loop and up to date with what was happening. I had more showings in the first week than I did over the course of several months with my other agent and my house actually had multiple offers in just two weeks. Overall, they made the second attempt at selling my home better than I could have ever expected! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to sell their home!

    JDRE was a pleasure to work with. Lauren Paschal was instrumental to our buying process. We were faced with a short timeline and Lauren went above and beyond his role to ensure we got everything we needed to make a well informed decision.     Chris Hayes picked me up from a departing agent. He was very easy to reach and kept me well informed. My overall experience with Josh DeShong Real Estate over this sale was very good. Full service for $3k and we sold for a couple thousand over my asking price. Im not sure why anybody would pay a full listing fee with this available.

    When I approached Josh DeShong Real Estate to sell my home and purchase another I made it clear I wanted an agent who was easy to work with, responsive, professional and knowledgeable. I got everything I had asked for in Chris English. Chris listened to everything we wanted and was very proactive. He wanted to list our house for more than we thought it was worth and I was afraid it would linger on the market. So glad we listened to him, it sold for about 97% of asking in a week. On the purchasing side, we had some very specific requests and Chris found us the perfect fit. We were looking for a liveable fixer upper with a really agressive upside and Chris got it done. In addition, his knowledge from past experience as a construction estimator was invaluable. We also just enjoyed spending time with him and connecting on our mutual admiration of midcentury modern architecture. I know Josh DeShong has a great overall track record, but if you are selling/buying in the DFW area, I strongly suggest you ask for Chris English. He is top-knotch!

His use of the firms unique backward prospecting algorithm helped us come up with a listing price that not only resulted in multiple offers within 2 days, but with two offers that were significantly above list price and with multiple concessions!     I couldnt disagree more with the person who was dissatisfied with Josh DeShong agents, and felt they didnt care. We worked with Brad Johnson and Melissa Gates and they were WONDERFUL! They got us $20K more than two other realtors told us we could get, and they sold our home in 2 days! Throughout the entire process, they checked in with us often, just to hand hold us through the process and keep us informed. They didnt force us to stage our home with things other than what we already owned, and they made the entire home selling process a pleasant one. We have told all our friends to be sure to call Brad Johnson when they are ready to sell. Eric was fantastic from the first meeting and helped us through the process......even going the extra mile to drive half an hour to our home, late in the evening, when we were locked out after a showing haha!We have been in a few real estate deals now, and felt like we got top-notch service from Eric Venson and the Josh DeShong team. In fact, the only complaint I have is that the terrible, TERRIBLE Buyers agent more than we paid our agent. I dont see why anyone would pay a premium to go with a traditional 3% Realtor with this option out there.     I have already recommended Robert Muzyka and the rest of Josh DeShongs team to my friends and family.Robert was very responsive and flexible. In total, we toured 4 homes, put offers in on 2, had both accepted. We backed out of one due to structural damage on the home. Even over the Christmas holidays, Robert would respond within 2 hours.     A Man With A Plan! - I am still blown away by my realtor, Lauren Paschall. I called this company to inquire about a promotion that was airing on the radio. I wanted to move to a brand new home but was unconfident that I could sell my 30 year old home with enough left over to purchase a new home in my price range. Lauren, on the other hand, went to work to turn me into a believer.Long story short, Lauren was able to sell my home, guide me through the home-buying process, and find a brand new home ALL WITHIN ONE MONTH!
