He set expectations from the beginning, helped us give the best offer possible and our offer got accepted out of many others! He is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to play his cards right. We walked straight into equity for the house we purchased and he gave us recommendations on who to use for mortgage company, inspectors, and even contractors for future work we may want to get done! I don’t even know where to begin. I have so many good things to say about him. Jorge is an amazing realtor, he is very knowledgeable, professional, went above and beyond. We had an amazing experience with him in buying our forever home. He took the time to listen to our wants and made himself available any time for a showing. Jorge Macias was an absolute God sent wonder!!! We’ve worked with other realtors in the past that have left a lot to be desired. They were less than reliable in regards to returning phone calls and following up on questions/concerns in a timely manner. Mr Macias always returned our calls, in the rare instances that he was not immediately available, usually within a few hours of leaving a voice message. He demonstrated the highest sense of professionalism, empathy, and attention to close details that I’ve ever really seen; almost as if this home was for his own family. He listened closely to our wishes and desires and was able to quickly and accurately determine what we were both looking for. He spent countless hours sifting through available properties and provided us with the most recent listings. Thank you Mr Macias for all of your hard work in finding us our new home!!
