Jones Team Realty was recommended to us by our Mortgage company...it was a perfect match! From the time we met, Stacy ensured we felt like family-not just a client. As 1st time home buyers, he knew there would be some things we wouldnt know and he made sure we didnt miss a thing. Jackie was on-point with the appointments, listings, and making sure we were able to get the best inspectors and insurance to meet our needs. Our experience was that much better because they made themselves available to us whenever we had a question or hesitation. Top notch service - My wife and I were refinancing our home and Stacy Jones provided a comparative market analysis for our home. He was so thorough in his work and has such a great reputation in the real estate community that our new mortgage company used his CMA rather than requiring that we get an appraisal of the property. This allowed us to refinance at a great new rate and saved us over $350/month. I would highly recommend Stacy and the Jone Team for any real estate transactions that you have.
