Jonathan is the absolute best!!! I highly recommend him! It’s been a great pleasure working with him. I was helping my mom with her first home and it was our first time going through the process but Jonathan made sure we were taken care of from finding a loan officer, the pre-approval, approval, looking for the perfect home, the inspection, appraisal, all through the finish line! He was very attentive, he took his time, connected us with the right people and not once did we feel pressured. Everything went very smooth and he made it stress-free! If you’re looking for someone who works with integrity and looking for a smooth process don’t hesitate to ask for him! My mother was able to close on her home in 3 weeks during the start to finish line but we were also on it and made sure things were done in a timely manner! I’ve worked with many realtors before, and let me just say that Johnny is in a class of his own. The professionalism, the character, the thoughtfulness, the effort, and time he puts into his work is unmatched. He prides himself in what he does and it shows. Not once did we feel unattended, or like he was too busy for us, or anything of that nature. In fact, he made a cross country move for us (1500 miles) seamless, as if we were his only client. Can’t thank you enough again for everything, you have re-defined what a realtor should be doing for us!
