Shelby is a rock star who I would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She was thorough, patient dealing with two demanding and picky clients (!!) and helped us find the perfect home for our family. She has contacts in the industry as well to help with other things like repairs, inspections, insurance, etc. She went above and beyond.

Shelby Johnston is a fantastic realtor for both sellers and buyers! When I needed to sell my home, she sold it in 3 days at substantially above market. When I needed to buy another home, she found me the perfect home that was everything I wanted and more at a much better price than I was hoping for. Shelby and Thomas were instrumental in us finding the house we wanted and at a fair price. Because of the limited supply and rising home prices, finding a home in Dallas can be quite a hassle; in fact, it took us about 6 months to find the home we wanted. Nevertheless, during that time Shelby and Thomas worked tirelessly to find us what we needed. They are the nicest people youll meet and they have an incredible work ethic.

Amazing and knowledgeable realtors! I mainly worked with Shelby and she was extremely informative, especially with a newbie like me getting my first home. She provided realistic goals and direction. She was persistent and proactive in this crazy market. She took it upon herself to search for homes when my schedule wouldnt allow for it, she was prompt with sellers responses, and she answered the multitude of questions I had regardless of time of day or even holiday. Listing a home on the market is never easy and Shelby (and Thomas) made the entire experience painless and, dare I say it, fun! They were quick to respond to all of our queries, gave us invaluable advice on what to do to stage the house properly and helped us sell in a mere three weeks when the housing market has cooled down considerably and houses in our area have been languishing on the market for months! I am very glad we chose them to be our realtors and consider them friends now.
