Wow! Johnny page is a wonderful driven person! Made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and had my own horror storys . Mr.page was professional and personal! he not once made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! Johnny page explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage to inspection & appraisal. This made it really easy to move in less than 4 months.I couldnt be more grateful to find someone kind & dedicated to finding our forever home. What can I say? This very well dressed individual greeted my family, as though he was part of the family. Professionally, yet so down to earth. We were comfortable from the get go. Johnny asked questions, and listened to our concerns. Living in a well established neighborhood with all kinds of new development around, why would anyone want to look at my home, after 25 years, 4 kids, 2 dogs, no updates....trust me, Johnny said. And we did. We kidded around, Johnny Page Fast. My home had a contract within 48 hours. Unbelievable!! To me.Now, in the middle of all that, Johnny was also listening to the details of a home we had our eye on 3 hours away, under contract.....that probably would have been the end of it with your normal agent. JOHNNY IS NOT YOUR NORMAL AGENT. HE IS SUPERAGENT!!Long story short , we are retiring in our dream home.Johnny is always continuing his education in the Real Estate field, along with marketing materials that are 1st class ( did i mention his wardrobe is 1st class as well?) Words can not explain how GRATEFUL I am to have found Johnny Page. I foreclosed on several houses in the past. And I was scared to death to give it another try. Especially after being taken advantage of by other realtors out to make a buck. Johnny was honest, truthful and trustworthy. He NEVER tried to get me to go over my budget, even though I had been approved for more. When my eyes got big and I wanted the bigger homes. He would reel me back in and have me stick to the plan. Even if it meant that his paycheck wasnt going to be big. Hed remind me of the longevity of home ownership. Im an all over the place individual. One minute I want something the next I dont. And if PATIENCE is what you need as an individual JOHNNY PAGE IS YOUR MAN. Because he sure has it. I know for sure I pushed his limits. He never once got upset, sucked his teeth or didnt answer his phone or call back. He always reassured me that home ownership was the way to go. He came to the document signing with me. And still to this day calls and checks up on me to see if I need anything. One of the highest accolades in realty is the realtor of the year. But to me Johnny Page is the REALTOR OF THE YEAR EVERYDAY NOT JUST ONE DAY!!!!
