We just closed on our home on 12/30/2021. As first time homebuyers we thought we would be overwhelmed, but John and Jennifer made the process very easy from beginning to end. At the very beginning he started off with a power point presentation detailing every step from house search to closing, so that we knew what to expect. They were very flexible when we wanted to see a prospective home quickly. Once we decided to place an offer, John took care of the negotiating with the sellers agent. We had a lot of requests after the home inspection, and he was able to get them all approved from the seller. And our relationship didnt end at the closing. John and Jennifer followed up with us in the days afterward to make sure everything was going okay and helped us out with the home/window cleaning as well as referrals to other specialists. Would highly recommend working with the Quinones real estate team if you want an easy and stress-free home buying process!

John and Jennifer did an amazing job with our search for a home in Texas. Coming from out of state, they not only showed us the homes we were interested in but talked about the different areas we were interested in as well. They took the time to understand our needs and did their research to show us the type of homes we wanted in the areas that best fit our needs. Working as a team, both John and Jennfer brought different points of view for the various houses. Jennifer spent time with my wife focusing on the areas of interest to her and John spent time with me on outdoor and structural points of interest. The follow up by John and Jennfer could not have been better. They made us feel like more than a customer, but a friend. I would HIGHLY recommend them for your next home purchase.
