Vicki Pfluger and Team were amazing in assisting us in the purchase of our first home! Vicki helped us find a beautiful house that fit our family needs within our budget. She walked us through the entire process, letting us know what to expect at each stage. She was available at all hours to answer our questions. The one word that comes to mind when I think about our experience with Vicki is TRUST. We felt confident in her ability to negotiate with the sellers on our behalf, confident in her relationships/recommendations with builders, lenders, inspectors, etc. We had the utmost trust that Vicki was looking out for our best interest and doing everything she could to make things as easy as possible. Vicki Pfluger and Jerry Hughes are fantastic team - I cannot recommend them highly enough!I have had the pleasure of working with them twice - selling a home in 2019 and purchasing a home in 2020. Back in 2019, I made a last minute decision to sell my home in Round Rock as I was moving out of state for a new job. I literally dropped my keys at their office as I left town and asked them to call me to discuss how we could get it sold (Vicki came highly recommended by several family members). Vicki called me within an hour, got my home staged and listed within a week, and sold the home after only five days on the market (all while I was out of state and starting a new job).Fast forward to December 2020 and I began the process of moving back to Austin. I reached out to Vicki on a Wednesday, flew to Austin the following Saturday, toured homes all day Sunday and put in an offer that evening, and flew out on Monday. Over the course of the next month (which included Christmas and New Year’s), Vicki and Jerry managed all aspects of getting the deal done - from negotiating to doing the final walkthrough with the builder, every part of the process was taken care of. I felt like I had a team of advocates looking out for me the whole time.To sum it up, Vicki and Jerry are both super friendly, very honest, and incredibly hard working.If you’re looking to buy or sell a home in the Austin area, make the John Pfluger Realty team the first people you call - you’ll thank me later!

Vicki Pfluger and Jerry Hughes are top tier in the realty business. They took us all the way through both the home-selling and home-buying process with ease! And during a pandemic, no less! Every step of the way we felt heard, supported, and cared for. Vicki and Jerrys honesty and humor made us feel like we were house shopping with friends any time we got together. Weve never felt more comfortable in a situation that should be so stressful. We had quite a few heartbreak homes along the way but Vicki never wavered in her optimism that she would find us our dream home for our future family. Now that we have a baby on the way, our new house is full of possibilities and excitement! We will be return customers forever!

Vicki Pfluger and her husband Jerry Hughes are a spectacular team. They listed and sold our old house and found a great home for us in Pflugerville. They showed us a lot of houses and were very patient with us while we made up our minds. They are a friendly very energetic couple and never once showed any unprofessional attitude.One instance that stood out about how they go the extra mile was while we were in the process of going through our waiting period before the closing. The grass in the back had gotten long and Jerry knew that we wanted to come over and see the new house one more time. He, himself personally mowed the back yard and made sure it was presentable for us.I see Jerry and Vicki from time to time while out and about. They are just as friendly and gracious as the first day we met them. If you want a real honest and fun loving group of people John Pfluger Realty is where I recommend my friends to go to shop for a house.

Vicki exceeded our expectations in every phase of the house hunting and buying process. She worked tirelessly to find properties that fit our criteria as well as our budget and spent multiple days with us touring those properties. The home we ended up purchasing did not show on any of our searches and was a direct result of her personal recommendation and deep knowledge of the local Real Estate market. The sale process was extremely difficult, but her skill and work ethic won the day, and we were able to purchase a home in the area that we wanted that greatly exceeded our most ambitious specifications. On top of that, the final purchase price was well under our budget. I would highly recommend the Vicki Pfluger Team to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home.

Kelly Pfluger is the sweetest guy you will ever meet in the real estate industry. He went beyond the call of duty helping my son sell his house. It includes helping him move an old washer to the curb and meeting the glass guy at the house when my son was out of town. In addition, he sold the house in the first weekend. He always answers questions the minute I send them. I highly recommend him.

She helped us work through all the steps. The team worked very well with us and willing to help us get things done. They were able to sell our house quickly for a good price. How do I ever thank Vicki and Jerry for all they do? I dont live in the Austin area now and these two worked pure magic! They really do go way beyond what realtors normally do. They do it all! Thank you for having someone to clean out the house after the estate sale, knowing a roofer who would meet with the insurance adjuster, helping me pick out paint and carpet from afar. These two even took it upon themselves to trim up the landscaping! And Vicki and Jerry are a joy to work with. Could not have sold my folks home in Pflugerville without them!
