JOHN IS AMAYSING!!!!!!! My husband and I were first time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing. John helped us find the perfect home; he also found a grant we qualified for to help us with the down payment! We wouldve had to clue about that!We felt like we had a teammate in John right from the get-go. He is honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. Hes also an incredible liaison. He consistently went to bat for us with bankers, other realtors, inspectors, etc. I was so pleased with Johns work that I referred him to both of my parents and each of them found their dream home with the help of John. John Mays was very resourceful in helping me get pre-qualified on my VA loan and when I thought I wasn’t getting the home I wanted, he suggested a backup offer that landed me my home. John is very knowledgeable in real estate and shows a genuine interest in your desires in a home. He doesn’t quit and does the leg work needed to find the right home. Honest and loyal are his greatest attributes.
