I have yet to meet a realtor who has more integrity and professionalism than Galina Hammers. She helps and advises people before they even decide to do business with her, and if you do end up being her client - youre in luck! Unlike a lot of other realtors Galina Hammers will be assisting you with all property matters long after the transaction is done: she will help you protest your property taxes every year, she will keep track of your property value, she will recommend the best contractors for any home project, as well as mortgage and insurance specialists. Galina never pushes you into anything, she respect her clients needs so if you already have a mortgage specialist that you work with and they do a good job, she will encourage you to stay with them. Galina will always respond to your text/call/email and try to help you in any way possible pre and post transaction! She is a very genuine person and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

We were referred to Irina and John Norcross by our lender when we were ready to start shopping for a home. I am so grateful that we were connected with them. I honestly don’t know how we would have navigated the North Texas housing market without their expertise in all areas of the buying process. John showed us countless houses and never hesitated to point out the cons of a home along with the pros. He was truly focused on helping us find the right house for us! Irina fully understood the ins and outs of our FHA loan. She was so skillful in evaluating the value of homes that we were interested in and advising us on how the house might appraise so we could make an educated offer. The market is so fast moving and Irina kept up with it every step of the way putting together offers quickly and accurately. Not only is her understanding of the buying process impressive, but she always took the time to make sure we understood the process as well. She was key in advising us during final negotiations with the seller. She even stayed in touch after closing! I think the most important thing to us what that we trusted Irina and John completely. I never doubted that they had our best interest at heart! I would 100% recommend this team without hesitation!
